When we went to the National Park, I tasted this food. Although it resembles our Czech "trdelnk," the flavour is distinct. This food is frequently prepared over an open fire when camping. These require a lot of patience to bake because they can rapidly turn black. It happened to me, but it didn't bother me because the flavour was still fantastic. People eat them with jam once they're done. We tasted it with a raspberry one. I created the dough, so I'm familiar with the ingredients. You can try them on your own if you're interested!
You'll need the following items:
2 dl milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
½ teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons sugar
2.5 teaspoons baking powder or a fair teaspoon of dry yeast
½ teaspoon cardamom
5-6 dl wheat flour
Jam and whipped cream
You can make 12 Tikkupullat using these goods. If you decide to try them, I hope you enjoy them!
